I am a Lecturer in Philosophy at The American University of Paris. I obtained my Ph.D. from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2020. My research focuses on Classical Greek philosophy, particularly on Platonic epistemology and metaphysics, as well as the emergence of the first philosophy of language and formal reasoning in Plato and Aristotle’s works. I am also interested in the connection between affective states that guide human actions and intellectual capabilities.

In addition to my work in Greek philosophy, I am engaged in the study of Chinese philosophy, Buddhism, and comparative philosophy, especially the comparison between ancient Greece and ancient China. Chinese philosophy is where I began my journey in philosophical inquiry. Now, with my training in Classics and Western philosophy, my work seeks to bridge these diverse perspectives, fostering a richer dialogue between them.
